Our Story
Renaissance Real Estate was founded in 2024 with a mission to make institutional-grade real estate investing accessible to private investors. We sell real estate to investors through a white-glove, done-for-you BRRRR system: Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat.
We target high-appreciating areas that cash flow — markets that produce strong long-term returns alongside reliable monthly income.
Because we’re fully vertically integrated — with our own construction company, an insurance company, and a mortgage company — investors get a seamless process from acquisition to refinance.
